Portrait of Kamil Dzięgielewski

I'm an entrepreneur, advisor, technologist, strategist and founder.

I build my own ventures.

I help companies look at their business from a different angle.

I look for what will matter tomorrow.

Running my own business taught me things you can't learn from a consulting deck. Cash flow. Sales. People. Risk. Pressure. Decisions.

Working with organisations taught me that the problem is rarely exactly where we first see it.

That's why I care about:

  • what the company really wants to achieve,
  • what stands in its way,
  • which data is genuinely needed,
  • which processes can be changed,
  • and whether AI truly is the answer.

I don't have a single role.

And that's exactly why I don't have a single perspective.

BUILDER

I build my own ventures. I help others build theirs.

ADVISOR

EXPLORER

I look for what will change business before it becomes obvious.

I don't just talk about business. I build it:

Data strategy and architecture

Designing enterprise architecture for data management, and preparing and delivering technology transformations.
